The only flexibility required for this workshop is an open mind. Satisfy your curiosity about yoga with this session on the basics of Yoga and body alignment. This 60-minute workshop will focus on learning Asanas (yoga poses), moving through correct Alignment, learn about the Breath and the Art of honouring your body. At the end of this workshop, you will feel right at home on the mat.
