1) Patrons to check MySejahtera profile before entering to the mall. Only patrons with “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact with No Symptom” are allowed to enter.

2) Mask-wearing is optional for patrons. However, it is highly encouraged on the continued use of face masks for high-risk individuals, such as the elderly, individuals with chronic illness, low immunity and pregnant mothers

3) Frequent cleaning and sanitization at regular touchpoints, common areas, amenities & entire mall when necessary. Ensuring proper building ventilation to improve indoor air quality.

4) Hand sanitizers are made available to the patrons and tenants at the entrances and around the common areas.

5) Installation of antimicrobial films on lift pushbutton panels and regular public service announcement to remind the patrons and tenants on the SOPs.

6) Drive-thru & pick up points are available at our carpark entrances for contactless shopping with 15 minutes drive thru is free of charge and no validation of parking ticket is required.

The safety and well-being of our patrons, stakeholders, and staff will always be our foremost priority. A set of SOPs has been put in place, which includes frequent sanitization and availability of hand sanitizers at the common areas.
