Purity of essence, at Maruki Ramen this is our philosophy of taste. We use only the finest imported Halal Japanese wheat flour to make our Ramen noodles, and we make them everyday because we don’t use preservatives!

Our Japanese Chef Kita-Sensei, selects only the healthiest Halal Free-Range chickens to prepare our delicate broths, like us he doesn’t believe in ‘ajinomoto’. Our broad variety of Ramen soup broths are vibrantly flavoured with bonito, kelp, vegetables and natural spices, and nurtured for hours before being served to you.
